Mõnus harjutus päeva päikselisemaks muutmiseks

1. Hommikul äragtes jää veel hetkeks vaikselt lamama. Sule silmad. Hinga sisse, jälgides tähelepanelikult, mis tunnetus tekib, kui õhku enda sees hoiad. Aeglaselt välja hingates kujute, et hingad välja säravat kuldset valgust.

2. Jätka hingamist rahulikult sisse ja välja hingates. Seejuures visualiseeri järjest laienevat kuldset valgust, mis mähib endasse kogu sinu keha ja levib kaugemale, täites kogu toa. 

3. Kümble selles soojas päikeselises valguses, naudi seda, tunne end energilise ja puhanuna. Tee seda harjutust umbes 5 minutit. Ava oma silmad ja tõuse aeglaselt üles, tõotades tuua oma päeva võimalikult palju valgust. 

Ütle  päeva väestamiseks: ”Minu päev tuleb päikeseline, kerge, rõõmus ja helge.”
